pdbcruisers Posted May 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 10, 2012 I was able to upgrade from a JS to a GS for $250 a person for our Eastern Med cruise this Sunday. It was the last one available. Always wanted to try a GS. Anybody who has stayed in one, is the extra room and amenities worth it?

Always wanted to try a GS. Anybody who has stayed in one, is the extra room and amenities worth it? How many days? Sure, you scored a gold card, which includes the CL, priority tendering, and other items that will be told to you in a letter found in your suite when you board. If the cruise is port intensive, and you don't use your cabin that much......you may or may not be excited. When we cruise, I read, sleep, watch the water go by, and want peace and quiet. We have been cruising in suites as long as we have cruised with Royal Caribbean. It's the comfort that I want. Enjoy your GS!!:) Rick
