SV aft or Panorama 1B

We've never had an aft room and now have a hold on a 1B on the Panorama deck of the Eclipse but also have the chance for a SV on Vista deck. Any pros/cons between the two?

On the SV on the Vista deck can the above balconies look down onto mine?
