Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of the Splendor's maitred? possibly an email address. We have 19 in our group and want to make sure that we are all together somehow...2 big round tables and also specify 6:00pm.

 

Or whoever handles this stuff.

My only recommendation is to contact John Heald and maybe he could help you :rolleyes:

You'll increase your chances of being together if all bookings are linked.

 

Are they?

 

If not, contact whomever you booked with to get them linked.

 

Even JH doesn't guarantee table requests. But you could ask.

 

Did you all request 6pm dining time?

 

All matters regarding dining are simply requests (unless you're Platinum). You'll find out the exact assignment when you get your S&S card when boarding.

 

If it isn't what you like, see the MD at the time/place posted in the Fun Times on boarding day. He'll arrange what you want...if at all possible. Might be a bit tricky though with that many people.

He may tell you he can not guarantee anything, but a very nice email certainly can't hurt.

As Kenmo said, do make sure your bookings are linked and you should be kept together.

I think spmaitred is for the Spirit, not Splendor. I think they want slmaitred slmaitred@carnival.com.
