Pearl question

It's my understanding that the Pearl has a rescue boat in front of the window, and there's a catwalk frequented by crew. I've read that it's better to keep your curtains closed at night, otherwise people might be able to look in.

 

I have not actually been on the ship, but have just read about these obstructed view rooms

 

Here is a picture. Your room is behind the boat on the far left (slightly more elevated than the life boats)
