Will you post your Xcaret photos?

We are planning on booking the Xcaret tour when we visit Cozumel next month. Does anyone have any photographs they would care to post? I have looked at their website, but would still prefer to see some other photographs and your thoughts on Xcaret.

We went during our honeymoon. I don't have any underground river pics on the computer, but that was really cool. We really loved this place.. we went on a weekday, first thing in the morning and we felt like we had the place to ourselves.. it was just so nice to be able to do so many different things in one spot. You literally feel like you are walking through a rainforest and then come across a random cave.. very cool. Feel free to ask questions:

Oh, here is something you will need to know. It is required to wear a biodegradable suntan lotion while visiting the park. We did not know this, they disposed of the sunblock I had in my bag and we spent $16 on the one in the giftshop. :eek: It was SO hot that day and we kept applying it and all you saw was white marks for a while. I recommend getting your own ahead of time.

 

Also, this was nice too.. in the bathrooms throughout, they had showers. We were in there a couple times to cool off. It was REALLY hot!

Thanks so much for the photos and information. Looks really nice. We will be a party of 8, ranging in ages from 10 to 70 so we selected this due to the variety of activities.

 

Anyone else care to add to these would be welcomed as well.

For the older people in your group.. it is a lot of walking. To get from one end of the park to the other can take a long while. Also consider when you do the the underground river, you then have to walk all the way back to the front.
