1hotmama Posted May 2, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 2, 2005 I've tried to search the threads for answers to our questions about the Costa Maya Beach Break Party that can be found costamayacruiseexcursions.com but can't find info we're specifically looking for. Has anyone booked the Costa Maya Beach Break? Is it on the Mahahual Beach? Is the open bar free drinks? Are there good places to snorkel? Would you recommend their lunch options? Is there wave runners available for rent or only kayaks? How about volleyball, etc? We did the Jungle Beach break there before thru Carnival but we're traveling w/ a 7 month old and as far as we can tell they will charge for him as well to go to that excursion which is obviously ridiculous! Would you recommend this Beach Break party instead??

Would you recommend this Beach Break party instead?? there are plenty of reviews on this under the Costa Maya board but I'll try to answer your questions...... . it is the last bar/beach area in Mahajual on the right .......just walk down from where the cab drops you off (cabs are $3 there and $2 back/pp) yes.....free drinks from what i've read, it's not the best spot for snorkeling....... there are tours where they will take you out in a boat others have had good things to say about the food but since Mahajual is so small, you really have your pick of places if you want to wait to eat somewhere else there are jet skis for rent on the beach not sure about the volleyball....... the bar/beach where this is located is Pez Quadro.......
