Alliezona09 Posted May 15, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2012 On my cruise manager, under the guests names it says guests and then $421.17. Anyone know what that total is? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD On my cruise manager, in the green area, it shows the amount of the fee's & taxes for both people under the Guests column, then again under the fee's/taxes column, then the amount of insurance and then the total price of the cruise~ ETA~ but that's not the amount of fees&taxes for a cruise out of Galveston so I have no idea unless I'm not looking in the same spot that you're talking about~
INTERLINER13 Posted May 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2012 In my cruise manager my parents reservation, as well as mine has been screwy lately. It shows the cruise rate then below it, it should read the total. Instead it reads the amount of taxes. Guest Cruise Rate Taxes V/P Total NAME $499.00 $116.67 $65.00 $680.67 NAME $499.00 $116.67 $65.00 $680.67 Guests $233.34 $233.34 $130.00 $1,361.34 Im pretty sure the the 233.34 under cruise rate should read $998.00. They are sailing on the Breeze June 3rd. I have a different reservation on the Glory June 14th, and the accounting is set up the same way. Is this what you are talking about? OceanDreamin Posted May 16, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 16, 2012 I'm having the exact same issue, with the cruise rate total being the same as the taxes column, and bearing no similarity whatsoever to what the cruise rate total SHOULD be.
cvpends Posted May 16, 2012 #6 Share Posted May 16, 2012 I'm sure it's a glitch, but I figured out what that amount is that is showing up: It's the amount for the cabin pre-paid tips plus Federal taxes/fees. I determined this by adding the two numbers, as found in my cruise documents available on-line.

INTERLINER13 Posted May 16, 2012 #8 Share Posted May 16, 2012 Thats how mine looks! I think it is just sort of glitch, but I did not call Carnival. Everything looks fine when I look at my docs, so I am fine with that.
BeccaBecca1713 Posted May 17, 2012 #9 Share Posted May 17, 2012 Mine's doing the same thing, showing my taxes/grats total in the cruise fare column. Just wish it reflected that way in the amount due column!
