Let me start by saying that I am aware of the Carnival policy regarding the limits allowed to be brought on board. I am planning to bring on a 24 pack of bottled water for my DW and I and 1 bottle of wine. My question is has anyone else had much problems bringing a bit more that allowed? I want to bring an additional bottle of sour mix, will they allow be to bring that extra bottle since I am only bringing one bottle of wine instead of the 2 bottles I am allowed to bring.

It will be no problem. They may scrutinize your water to see if it has been replced with liquor, since they will see the sour mix and wonder why you have it with no liquor. They really just don't want to see you toting in a whole suitcase of water and soda. What you listed should not amount to anything that raises their flags.

The sour mix would need to be under 21 ozs.
