TRANSPORTATION DISTANCE TO SHORE EXCURSIONS

Can anyone recommend a shore excursion that doesn't require 1 to 1 1/2 hour trip to get there? I really don't want to spend that much time on a bus or in a taxi. Interested in horseback riding, bike riding or zoo. All have long distances to travel to get there. Any advise??
