Funship dollar redemption error

Anyone else having a problem redeeming your funship dollar certificate online, I keep getting an error. I've tried multiple times on different computers and nothing, just an small "error on page" at the bottom left of the page.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you need to use Compatibility Mode. This will get it to work. (Hopefully!) I had the same issue a couple of months ago.
