Hours of Operation of Epic Courtyard/Haven Restaurants

We're going on the August 12 Western Mediterranean cruise and planning both full- and half-day excursions.

 

For those days that we have to leave the ship early to meet our drivers, how early do the Courtyard Epic Club and Grill restaurants open for breakfast? OTOH, if we get back to the Epic after a half-day excursion, how late will those restaurants be serving lunch?

 

Yes, I realize that there are other eateries aboard the Epic, but I'm starting to feel rather snobbish about rubbing shoulders with the Hoi-polloi (LOL).
