Bottomless bubbles for child..is that through age 17?

Sorry, I've tried Carnival's website, and still can't find all of the specifics.

 

I know it's 4.50 per day for kids, and our DD is 17. We've sailed numerous times but usually bring our own soft drinks onboard. This might be the first time we buy a card for her. Is she eligible?

What is the "Bottomless Bubbles" Unlimited Soda Program ?

Carnival Cruise Lines will offer all guests the option to purchase a “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program which will allow the guest unlimited soft drinks and juices for the duration of the cruise at a one-time purchase price. Prices are as follows – a 15% gratuity will be added.

Child Rate Per Day $4.50 USD (17 years of age and younger)
