UK cruisers to Venice - Splendour - flights from UK

Hi

 

For those that have sailed over the last few weeks from UK to Venice to board Splendour of the Seas and did RCCL flights (with any airline from any airport), how long did you have to wait on the bus to the port? Our flight gets in at 11 am and as we've sailed from Venice before, we'd happy get to the port ourselves however if we didn't have long to wait until the bus was filled, we'll go with the cruise line.
