Tapas, Ivan, Beach is there anything missing

My family and I will be on the HAL Zuiderdam on May 21st. We are in Costa Maya from 11:00am - 11:30pm. A very long day. So if we take the tour with Ivan that will take approx. 2-3 hours and say we do a little shopping and go to Tapas will that fill our day? I have read so much on this thread but can't seem to find anything else that is recieveing any reviews. We live in Florida a few minutes from the beach so we were looking for something different. What are your recomendations????? Thanks!

I didn't see your post until today so I know you are there now. Hope you can answer that same question for me when you get back as we are going next month.
