Deck 11

We have a mini suite (?) on deck 11 forward. Does anyone know just what a mini suite is? What are the perks (if any) with a mini suite? From the pics I;ve been able to see on NCL site it looks like a nice room but pics can be misleading. Any and all info on mini suites on deck 11 will be most appreciated. :):)

No perks. Just a slightly bigger balcony room, with a slightly larger balcony. You have a small tub with shower in it. You have a curtain that pulls around the bed area blocking it off from the couch area, the couch being a full length rather than three quarters. Pics of a mini on the Pearl at following.

We had a mini-suite on the Sun last year and it was great. Everyone says there are no perks............ well there is one. if you want to call it a perk, for mini-suites and all catagory's above ( penthouse, owners suites, haven, etc.) you are able to book, while on board, a Reservation in any of the Specialty Restaurants 48 hrs. ahead , where the rest of the Catagory's below ( bacony's, oceanview, insides) are only allowed 24hr. reservations.

We were in a minisuite on the Jewel in April for our first cruise. Rm 11550 was perfect for us. It had more than enough storage space and I liked having the tub to shower, more room. The balcony was beautiful, and we slept with the curtains open every night! We also enjoyed going to the front of the ship on our level to observe the captain and his crew at work!;)
