Room change after final payment?

Does NCL allow you to switch cabins after final payment has been made? We are currently booked in a obstructed view room and would like to switch to a room with a picture window. Should I call NCl direct about this or the TA?

Call your TA; the TA may charge you a change fee also, but the TA should handle this upgrade transaction for you with NCL. NCL won't talk to you directly for this upgrade.

We got a free upgrade from an obstructed view to a mini-suite because there was a price drop after final payment.
