trvlqueen Posted June 12, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 12, 2012 Call the manager - if that doesn't work, your only option if prices are the same or better is to cancel with the agent and rebook with Carnival, but you WILL lose $50 of your deposit and you may not, depending on who you talk to, be able to use the remainder of your deposit on the same cruise - although you SHOULD be able to - if they say no, ask for a supervisor or hang up and call back to get someone else.
