Overnight?

I have two questions: Has anyone used http://www.hawaiicruiseoutlet.com to book their Hawaiian cruise? and If a cruise ship is docked overnight, do you have to be back on at a certain time or can you stay out at all hours of the night?

On the NCL POA, you can stay off the ship all night when there are overnights on Maui and Kuaui. If you are planning to go on any other cruise line that might have an overnight, imagine it is same. Just need to be on board prior to sailing.
