Pre-Booking Excursions

Got a question about pre-booking cruiseline excursions. If you book an excursion online how do you pay for it? Do you have to give a cc at that time to pay for it or will it be charged to your onboard account? Thanks in advance for everyone's input.

 

BTW, we have never booked cruiseline excursions in advance before so I just don't know.

If you book through the Carnival website, you will have to pay with a credit card and it will be charged at the time you book it.
