Are there any beaches or local bars within walking distance of the port? Would love to have some good local fresh seafood.

Has anyone done the "swim with dolphins"? How far is this from port?

Is it safe to be out after dark?

Anyone?

:D:D:D

This question has been asked and answered many times before, so I think people aren't reacting anymore.:)

There are bars in the Riffort Village (pier area) and if you walk e bit further towards downtown.

No beaches within walking distance.

Swimming with the dolphins is a cool adventure and the Seaquarium is about 20 minutes by cab from the pier.

For fresh seafood, catch a cab to Seaside Terrace (next to the Breezes hotel) or for a fancier venue you can walk to the Waterfort Terrace and eat at the Grill King (anyone can give you directions when you're in the pier area).

It is safe after dark in the immediate area of the pier. Please do not go wandering downtown after 8, as all stores will be closed, there will be nothing to do and your safety is not exactly guaranteed.

Have a great cruise!
