Formal nights 8 night Freedom

I'm looking to book the steakhouse 2 or 3 days of our 8 night cruise. If anyone can tell me what nights the formal nights are that would be a huge help in my planning.

We were on the Freedom the end of May.The first formal night was the first sea day,Sunday and the second formal night was the 3rd seaday,Friday.We did the eastern carribean cruise.The steakhouse was great.I had the Newyork strip and it was one of the best I had had.
