How to upgrade?

You would have to upgrade with Expedia, they should have the same prices on the balcony as CCL has. Call them and check it out! :)

Expidia doesnt have it. The cheaper price is offered through Carnival.com's "West Coast Sale"

All TAs have access to the same rates you see on Carnival.

Call them if you want to upgrade. You are booked thru a TA, they now own the booking, you gave up control of your booking so Carnival wouldnt talk to you about it.

PS no one but the TA you booked thru can discuss your booking. If its not OBC from a Carnival rate, then you could lose the OBC. I doubt the TA is taking that much money out of their commission to give it to you, sounds like a rate that includes OBC, but only your TA can tell you for sure if you didnt ask when you booked it and know.

We would all be guessing to know where the $150 OBC came from though.
