Taxi cab @ 1:00 AM in Anchorage??

I will be flying into ancorage saturday night/sunday morning around 1:00 AM. Are there going to be cabs in area or am I going to need to car for cab when I land? If so anyone know some cab company phone numbers in ancorage. Also...how long of cab ride is it from Anchorage Airport to train station.

There are cabs at the Anchorage airport any time there are planes landing. If there are none there (very unlikely), there are hot lines to call on.

At 1:00 in the morning, there should be cabs, and it is about a 15-20 minute drive, and at that time of day maybe even shorter.

Good to know, we get in around 1230am. After traveling from Fla, the last thing the 4 of us would need is to not be able to get to our hotel! Leaving in 2 weeks, can't wait to get there.

You'll have no problem getting a cab. If you're flying Delta and there aren't any there, there will be a button to push that signals the cabs in the area to come over and if you coming in on anyone else you'll come in the South Terminal and they wait in a line outside on the bottom level. Just did it Saturday midafternoon and all just sitting there waiting.
