I know this isn't the exact answer to your question, but:

 

If you're looking for a good snorkeling excursion then check out the Woodwinds snorkel tour (private excursion). It is a couple hour drift snorkel that is just incredible. Definitely the best we've seen in the Caribbean.

 

However this tour is primarily about the snorkeling. No beach stop and just snacks, not lunch. Take a look at the reviews in the Bonaire forum here on Cruise Critic.

We did Woodwind snorkel in January and it was amazing! The crew is incredible and very informative. One of our favorite experiences of our ten day cruise! Well worth it!
