RMILLER4292 Posted May 9, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2005 Hey fellow cruisers, can anybody who has stayed in or near this stateroom tell me about the noise level from the Windjammer above. I was not overly concerned about it, but figured I would ask anyways. Also if anybody has pics of 8006 specifically, I would love to see them. Thanks!! Stircrzy Posted May 9, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2005 I'm wondering about the noise level beneath the Windjammer, too...I'm in 8500 in July.
truffles2 Posted May 9, 2005 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2005 We were in 8006 on Grandeur--under the Windjammer. We occasionally heard them moving chairs/carts, etc. but it was not bad enough to be troublesome.
TXSailor Posted May 16, 2005 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2005 We just returned from our back2back on the Rhapsody and we were in 8502. The noise from the Windjammer wasn't bad at all. Only heard a few chairs and tables being dragged but only during the day. Fausto
BonnieNYTX Posted May 16, 2005 #5 Share Posted May 16, 2005 I'm wondering about the noise level beneath the Windjammer, too...I'm in 8500 in July. Hi Stir. Hey if it's too noisy we can switch. I have a wonderful QUIET inside cabin on deck 4. LOL Are you getting as excited as we are? 48 days to go. I just hope we get more people to sign up for our M&M. I am already gathering up a list of books to bring but I hope I will be too busy to read any of them. LOL
jenniferhouston3 Posted May 16, 2005 #6 Share Posted May 16, 2005 We stayed in 8512 (I think) right near the elevator and were pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from above and from the hallway. I think you will be fine.
