Lobster Alive vs. Boatyard???

I have read a lot about Boatyard on CC but not too much about Lobster Alive. Does Lobster Alive offer same amenities (chair, umbrella, drink, and ride back to ship) as Boatyard? Other than reading Lobster Alive is quieter than Boatyard, what is the difference? :confused:

We went to Harbour Lights ($4pp each way) and we walked back to the ship. There was a bar/grill and the same chairs, tables, loungers there. It was nice and quiet.
