Jade - changes (shows, menue,..)?

Hi! We travelled on the Jade last year and will go onboard again this year in August. Now I am wondering if the shows from last June (2011) are still on? And the menue in the MDRs - we were on the Dawn this year and thought that the menue was quite the same as last year on the Jade.

Can anyone tell us what to expect? Does anybody know who will be the cruise director in August?
