Pacific Princess: Buffet vs Bistro

We have booked the Med Collection on the Pacific Princess. I have been reading about casual dining, and I see conflicting information about "The Bistro". We cruised on the Pacific Princess in 2009, and do not remember anything about the Bistro.

Has anyone cruised on the Pacific Princess recently who can explain:

Where is "The Bistro"?

Is it simply the buffet seating area, without the buffet?

What nights/hours is it open?

What are the dinner hours for the buffet?

Thanks!!
