From your phone, you can email them to yourself and then post them. Or you may be able to post them directly to a photo site, like snapfish or kodak share.

Ok if I email them to myself then what do I do

The in the email right click on the image scroll to save as. ( browse to where you want to save the images. )

 

Come back to here, click on post reply. In the box you should see the little paperclip to attach photos. Browse back to where you saved the images ad click 'upload'
