rufflesmom Posted July 8, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2012 Can anyone tell me anything about this? When I check the fareviewer on carnival website to see if there has been a price drop, there are 3 choices for fares. More = Merrier is one of those and I just don't know what it is. Every time I click on the link to find out about it, there is an error. It says something about "share a stateroom". Please help me............. Thanks in advance for any help. Mrs CruisinCritter Posted July 8, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2012 If I remember correctly, the More=Merrier sale was a special promotion where they were offering something like a reduced rate for adding a 3rd or 4th person to your cabin. We had considered taking our DS when they first started advertising it months ago, but I thought that sale had ended so if it's still going the terms could be different. Basically they are trying to get people to book extra people in their cabins.
dms_cruisers04 Posted July 8, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2012 Yep, definitely only available when you're looking at more than 3 in a cabin. That said, we booked with the More=Merrier rate a few weeks ago and even with paying to upgrade to a higher floor it was cheaper than the Past Guest rate for us.
