Staying at Springhill Suites on Yale. Any restaurants nearby?

We are staying pre-cruise at the Springhill Suites on Yale in downtown Seattle. Are there any restaurant suggestions nearby or in the area? The hotel has a shuttle we can take to different downtown locations.

this question has come up before. This hotel unfortunately is at the very fringe of downtown bordered by the freeway. If you cross Denny way there are a variety of eateries on Pontius ave north. Pizza, burger, general type food. You could walk about 6-8 blocks west and be in the heart of downtown Seattle so no worries. Once you got to like 5th and Pike or Pine you would have lots of choices.

Across the street (Yale and Denny) there is a Subway.

Down the street a couple of blocks is a pizza place.

 

The shuttle will take you to within 2 or 3 blocks of Pike Place Market. Lots of food there, and surrounding area.

It will also take you and drop you at the base of the Space Needle. Try Sky City. Food was good, and the views are priceless (a visit to the observation deck is included!).

 

Was a very nice, clean hotel.
