Day tours company recommendations for Alexandria (Cairo) and Safaga

Looking at all the tour companies that offer day tours in Alexandria, Cairo and Safaga they seem to all offer "basically" the same. I want to narrow down the choices. Based on general recommendations, at this point I'm down to four; Egypt Private Tours, Memphis Tours, Ramses Tours and Your Egypt Tours.

 

I want to narrow the selection even further - down to two. I think Ramses will be one of the two but I'm not sure about the others. One criteria I'd like, not related to the actual tours, is that there be no money involved until the day of the tour. For example you don't pay Ramses until after the tour.

 

Of the other three; Egypt Private Tours, Memphis Tours and Your Egypt Tours, which would you choose based on personal experience.
