Serenade of the Seas 9th August

Going on the Serenade in a few weeks time. As we have done Florence before, have decided to try to get to Lucca on our own. I know we can get there by train, but has anyone any tips please?

 

Also would you recommend doing an organised trip for Ephesus?

It doesn't seem like anyone knows much about this here.

 

Have you tried the roll calls board for your date? Someone may be there that has travelled this route before (or researched it recently) and have some advice for you.

Me and my sister are on the ship with you. We too are taking the train to Lucca for a cooking class. From what I understand, the train stops in Pisa before heading to Lucca. It seems like a pretty straight forward trip from what I understand. You should come join our roll call. We are in the process of organizing trips as we type.
