Roll calls who decides

Recommended Posts

Hi all

Next year there are 5 ships sailing from Med ports and 3 of those ships are

interporting using 2 or 3 embarkation points who decides where the roll call starts and finishes.

e.g LOTS has 3 embarkation ports Barcelona,Toulon and Naples

At the moment Barcelona is the most popular port and roll calls start there

but RCI have cheaper sailings from both Toulon and Naples without the extra

taxes imposed by the Spanish goverment if one of these ports becomes more

popular will the roll call change to that port.

I can not see Toulon becoming popular with the majority of CC members

However Naples is a different story especially for those members who

would like to spend more time in Rome and along the Almafi coast

I don't think the other two ships will be affected to the extent that LOTS could be

The majority of CC members on here are either American or Canadian

followed by the Brits and Aussies

how hard will it be to organise Roll Calls and Meet & Mingles if they are split between 2 ports

Will interporting destroy Roll Calls for the LOTS?

And if interporting works for RCI will they expand this in and out of the Med?

opinions most welcome

regards

Damon
