Passport Question Regarding Island Hopping

Hello my cruise critic pals,

So my family and I will be in Tortola on the Breeze in December, which is a British virgin island, anyhow we do not have passports. We would like to take Speedy's Ferry over to Virgin Gorda to see the baths. Here comes the question, Will I need a passport to exit the ferry to get onto Virgin Gorda? The ferry would be traveling between BVIs, but I know that this ferry company travels between BVIs and USVIs. Anyone ever done this before? Thanks in advance for your help.

No you will not need a passport. You don't even need any identification at all. Just pay for your ticket and board the ferry.

We've been to Virgin Gorda from Tortola twice. May go back again. It's a beautiful place.

Thank you so much. I was just about to get passports for this one excursion and was thinking that they would be good to have anyway. But, man are they expensive! I guess they just went up a couple days ago. So this is music to my ears.
