Searching for scooter rentals

We are looking to rent a scooter for the day while in port in September on the Victory cruise. I have contacted Ride St. Kitts, but they are closed from May until October; and suggested finding a guy at the port renting scooters out of a container.

 

I am inquiring if anyone has seen people/places close to the port renting scooters; or if anyone has a recommendation as to who to rent from.

 

We would want a 100-125cc scooter for the two of us. My husband has a motorcycle endorsement on his drivers license.

 

We really want to tour the island at our own pace, not through any tours. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We were told scooters are not available in the summer months.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....

 

I recommend doing an island tour with PEREIRA TOURS instead. They have excellent guides that will give you an amazing island tour.
