Spirit suites

We have been on the Spirit twice in the Old AC category, the Pisces Suite both times because we loved that room. With our DS getting a little bigger, we are considering moving up to the SE (old AB) suite, specifically either 10002 or 10502. My DH is wondering if we will we be able to use the front balcony while at sea. Also, is anyone has been it both categories, is the side balcony in the SE smaller than the AC balcony? For context, we are doing a March Canary Island sailing.

I came across this post after doing a search here for suites on the Spirit. My husband and I are considering booking this suite for a Mediterranean cruise next year. Do you have photos of it that you'd be willing to share? :)
