fascination wedding

My son was just married on the carnival fascination....The bride to be was told to be at the dock with wedding dress in hand.....and every detail would be taken care of.......and it was!!!!! Every promise was fulfilled, and all was presented in a professional manner!!! Honestly, folks......they were married in the Tara library and as the bride walked toward the entrance.........people were applauding from all floors of the atrium area!!!!! The reception was wonderful......all non-sailing guests were treated like royalty!!!! I highly recommend the fascination wedding crew!!! Any questions from future brides will be answered here if possible........I will do the best that I can.......It was amazing how the newlyweds were treated like "stars"

by the fellow passengers!!!!! Thanks to all aboard!!!!:)

I would call the coordinator if only just to calm your fears. My new DIL expressed the same concerns many times before her wedding. As the wedding got closer, the calls became alot more frequent. Plans were discussed, modified, and finalized. You will do alot of planning with carnival on the day of the wedding. Some of our details were actually changed at the very last minute, all to the response of " no problem" from the wedding staff. I really expected alot of "bumps" with carnival, but I do not have a single complaint. The ceremony in the Tara library rehearsed before the bride made her "grand entrance" through the atrium area. All of the wedding guests knew their places and all was well. I hope your wedding goes just as well. :)

That makes me feel better. and i figured it would be something like that. still have 87 days to go! How was the ship and lounges? still having a hard time deciding between lounges for wedding and reception. Thanks so much for the reassuring words.

I believe we had the reception in the comedy club lounge which fit the bill just fine......lots of good food and fantastic wedding cake. I had dinner in the MDR every night. Delicious food and a terrific staff. I enjoyed the serenity area at the back of the ship. This is a great place to lounge around. My wife likes this ship better than the dream as it was her third cruise aboard the fascination, and she is currently booking another cruise on the same ship in december. I think you will like it alot.:)
