Trouble redeeming Future Cruise Certificate

Has anyone had trouble redeeming their Future Cruise certificate online lately? I bought this last December and am trying to redeem it online thru the website provided. I fill everything out and click Submit -- and it just does nothing, it's like the button does not work.

 

Ever since they changed their website recently, I have so much trouble accessing my account anyway. It sometimes takes me 6-7-8 times to login.

 

Anyone else having similar trouble?

All you have to do is hit, Compatibility View. It will work.

I can never get it to work. I call they try to help me go thru it and than give up and take the info over the phone.

 

This has happened the last year or 3 cruises now.
