Fantasy- Riveiera Deck

Recommended Posts

WooHoo! My friend called to tell me our tickets arrived for the 5th of June sailing on the Fantasy! 3 more weeks! Gotta love it. :D

She told us our rooms are R2/R4. I see that they are all the way forward on the ship. Can someone tell me pros/cons of the locaction? Thanks y'all!

I've been in E-1 (Empress Deck, and M6 (Main Deck). I thought those far-forward cabins were just fine. In fact, I liked them because there was no 'hall traffic', so very little noise in those areas. Nice and peaceful up there! I felt no more motion there than in mid-ship cabins, so sounds to me like you're good to go!

One little thing - when the ship drops anchor in ports, you'll hear a loud THUD! but it lasts only a second. I'm always up early, so it hasn't bothered me. Just thought I'd give you a head's up on that.

Bon Voyage!

Pffffft. Is that all? A *Thud? Piece of Cake. I slept underneath a flight deck for 6 months as planes took off and landed 24/7. I think a thud will be bearable. No foot traffic sounds okay, thanks :o
