Accessibility of sites in Alicante, Malaga and Lisbon?

We plan to take the Brillance of the Seas transatlantic in the fall. We have been to Barcelona before so we have a good idea of accessibility there; however, we do not know what sites, if any, are wheelchair accessible in Alicante, Malaga and Lisbon. Any suggestions?

Have not been there, but I understand that Lisbon is fairly accessible. There are some people over at CareCure (http://www.sciwire.com) on the Cure forum who have gone there for Dr. Lima's OEC transplants, and they and their families may have some info for you.
