Souda

Anybody know if there will be drivers waiting at the port of Souda to pick up people who want just a short tour (maybe 3 hours) of local villages. We already know about the 3 Euro bus into Chania, but would also like a small tour of the local area. Anybody actually been to Souda who can attest to this????

When we were there in June there were a handful of taxi's / private transportation waiting next to the buses. Most were not being used from what I could see so I don't know how much they were charging.

Lots of taxis there in early August as well.
