Best snorkel tour in Grand Cayman

There seem to be so many different snorkel and sail tours in Grand Cayman. I have been on a few, but were all at least 5 to 7 years ago, don't remember which ones were the best. Any recommendations?

We have been several times with Native Way Water Sports - it is a small but excellent company. The best tour that they have is the Rays, Reef and Rum Point tour. They have a limit on the number of people they take on this tour, so you are guaranteed personal service and no large crowds or boatloads of people. They always make sure everyone gets to pet a stingray, take pictures, etc. The tour includes lunch and a stop at Rum Point Beach which is a very nice beach area.
