Black Tie On Board?

I have heard that, at one time at least, GOS had tuxedo rental available on board. Since I haven't owned a tuxedo since I was 25(now 53), I guess I'll have to look at either renting or wearing a suit.

I prefer the black tie idea, but I am not willing to buy another, since my black tie requirements are few and far between in my older days.

Can I rent one on the GOS? If so, how do I order and when should I do that?
