Cruise documents and OBC

I thought that on board credit didn't show up on your cruise documents and that you had to keep all the confirmation numbers.

I just noticed on my documents that it shows how much OBC I have added. Maybe it's always been there and I just noticed.

I got approved for early saver drop and it's nowhere to be found on my billing or cruise details etc.

I have called and they do say it shows.. KInd of clueless what to do now.

Go to Manage My Cruise and act like you are going to print your documents. {you can view without printing}

You should see your OBC somewhere on page 2??

Ok now I'm concerned because I went back through my paperwork and realized that only one of the amounts that I purchased shows on the documents. I bought several small incerments of OBC and then at the end I bought $250. Only the $250 is showing up. I guess I'll have to call Bon Voyage tomorrow.

Other thing is even when I asked for email confirmations, I believe I only got one and it wasn't for the $250.
