Hawaii port or starboard for morning sun

I know, probably a dumb question but on the LA Hawaii 14 day roundtrip which side gets the morning sun and does it switch the other direction? We have port side minisuite E726 in December but are thinking of switching to the starboard side. I'd prefer morning sun.

The ship travels southwesterly to HI and northeasterly back. So, logically, the port-side gets morning sun on the way out and starboard gets it on the way back. Couldn't tell you re the days you're actually in Hawaiian waters, but you're probably docked by sunrise in most ports and, of course, there's no way to tell in advance what direction the ship will be facing.
