luv2cruise53 Posted August 8, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Today NCL revealed the Aft of the Breakaway. It has the tiered classic lines of the past. I think it is beautiful. The modernistic flat sterns of late were interesting and certainly economically feasible(Fit more stuff per inch) but I prefer this look. Which do you like? DebbieCruises Posted August 9, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 9, 2012 I prefer the "flat" back design. When we cruised on the Sun, their similar design allowed way too much soot to land on our aft balcony.

Greatr Point, having never sailed in an aft cabin I did not know that. maybe that's why they started building the big ships with flat backs. My god, What happens to the Oasis and Allure? It must seem like a volcano went off in Central park...LOL:D Kev:cool:
