Here is the schedule:

 

8/11 - Miami

8/12 - Sea Day

8/13 - Cozumel

8/14 - Belize

8/15 - Roatan

8/16 - Grand Cayman

8/17 - Sea Day

8/18 - Maimi

When we sailed this ship and itinerary, it was on Day3, Cozumel. On our cruise, I believe they actually had two seatings, and believe the 2nd one was on night 5. Which would have been a shame because, IIRC that was our favorite night in the MDR. Thom Ka Gai, Lamb shanks and Tiramisu... sigh....
