fjord deck on POA

We have balcony rooms on teh fjord deck on the Pride of Aloha. Can someone tell me if this is a quiet deck, and also if there is anyway to undo the divider between decks. We have several rooms in a row and were wondering if we could enjoy the scenery together from our decks in the evening. I thought i remember someone saying that they were locked but the room attendent could unlock them if you asked.
