Tent outside pier at Saint John?

When we sailed to Saint John, NB there was a tent outside the pier that had souvenirs in it. Does anyone know if this is still the case? We were in Saint John, NB back in 2007. I am looking to find a specific souvenir that I bought waay back then! ( Long shot I know...but hey I might as well try!)
